# Getting started

A few considerations before starting your integration with Instantor.

### Prerequisites

The following will be provided to you by Instantor AB tech support:

* A **product key** which identifies you as a client towards Instantor.
* A **decryption key** which is used to decipher the encrypted reports.

You are required to provide:

* An **endpoint,** within your IT infrastructure, that can receive the encrypted reports, also referred to as callback url.
* An **email address** dedicated to receive tech notification emails.

Instantor advises clients to follow our integration with the support of a Javascript and either one of the following .NET/PHP/Java developers.
